Silicone material has a certain adsorption capacity, so it should be avoided to contact with dark-colored clothes, ink-printed items, etc., during storage to prevent staining. For silicone kitchenware with handles, such as spatulas and soup spoons, they can be hung on kitchen hooks, which not only saves space but also keeps them dry. Silicone molds and fresh-keeping lids can be stacked for storage, but a piece of kitchen paper or soft cloth should be placed between them to avoid mutual adhesion. It should be noted that silicone kitchenware should not be placed on windowsills exposed to direct sunlight or near heat sources, such as next to the stove or on top of the oven. Ultraviolet rays and high temperatures will accelerate the aging of silicone, causing the material to become brittle and lose elasticity. For silicone kitchenware that is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and dried first, then put into a sealed bag or storage box, and stored in a cool and dry place.
